Jennifer Trotti
Barrister & SolicitorPassionate about Protecting Clients
Jennifer knows what it is like in the trenches. She was CEO for two sizeable first nation governments and a federal negotiator before taking on the family firm as a business and as a practising lawyer.
Employers want to do the right thing and trust Jennifer to guide them through the legal requirements. She brings an innate sense of personal integrity combined with a profound dedication to her clients. Even though Jennifer is always ‘on’ as a lawyer, she speaks carefully and uses plain language so clients can understand and make decisions with confidence. When clients are moving through a serious employment matter often for the first time, Ms. Trotti is more than ready to personally handle high-conflict challenges in a constructive manner on their behalf; or she provides advice for appropriate and protective strategies to be put in place so clients themselves can deal with an immediate issue. In the long run, practising law and running a business have similar objectives: saving time and money so that your energy can focus on an organization to run smoothly and grow to meet the evolving needs of your clients. Jennifer is thrilled to witness that success with those who have trusted in her for help when they needed it.
