The Claim:
Federal Indian Hospitals (FIH): a class action that compensates individuals who were admitted to these hospitals and experienced physical and/or sexual abuse. Claimants must complete and submit a 35 page claim form, including personal details and descriptions of the abuse they experienced as well as submit personal documents, such as ID and banking information.Legal Services:

Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible if:- You were treated or admitted to a Federal Indian Hospital in Canada.
- Your experience occurred during the period of federal operation.
- You experienced physical and/or sexual abuse while at the Federal Indian Hospital.
